Because Candy Dezign Studio products are handcrafted and many are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun on a custom order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If Candy Dezign Studio made an error with your order, please contact us promptly so we can correct the issue.

Please note: our designs use pre-wrapped branded candies and chocolates. We design candy; we do not make candy.
