Shipping Policy

All Candy Dezign Studio products are handcrafted, and some items are custom-made to order. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Express Shipping: Express shipping may be available at checkout. Choosing Express speeds up the shipping method, but does not guarantee same-day production or processing.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Candy Dezign Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
